2 Niman Ranch Bone-In Pork Chops
Blackening or Cajun Seasoning
A high smoke point oil (avocado oil is our preference)
BBQ Sauce (Optional)
- Preheat grill to 450
Pat dry and the season Pork Chops with blackening or cajun seasoning
- Add a high smoke point oil to pork (avocado oil is our preference) and place on grill
