New Zealand Rack of Lamb
Salt - 2 Tablespoons
Pepper- 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Powder- 4 Tablespoons
Onion Powder - 3 Tablespoons
Sage - 3/4 Tbsp
Sauce Pairing Options: Tzatziki, Horseradish Cream, or Mint Jelly (optional)
Directions
Let come to room temp 30 min before seasoning
Thoroughly pat dry
Season with salt, pepper
Season with garlic/onion powder
Add Finely Cut Sage
Cook in oven at 350 for 12-15 min
Finish on Broil @ 550 for 3-5 minutes fat side up
We recommend Tzatziki, Horseradish Cream, or Mint Jelly served with the lamb
