We do things differently. We did our research and met with farmers around the world to source the highest quality wagyu, beef, chicken, pork, lamb and seafood we could find. Our direct relationships with our suppliers ensure the ultimate in quality, consistency and sustainability. We know where our cattle live and what they eat. We know they have access to clean water. We know our chicken is raised humanely, and all of our seafood is wild caught.

Every product is imported by air within a day from its state or country of origin.
