Our full blood Wagyu Sirloin Filet are one of the best bang for your buck-items on our menu. The baseball cut gets its name from its rounded shape. Our Diamond Tier sirloin filet is cut from the center of the top sirloin. We cut these flavorful steaks thick, similar to a filet mignon (just at a smaller price).
