Cooked at lower temperatures, this heat-stable fat melts in your mouth! Tender mouth-watering almost sweet buttery flavor as well as all the traditional Picanha characteristics you know and love. The Picanha cut comes from the top of the rump cap and packs a ton of flavor for an amazing value.
