Made from N690 high quality multi-layer stainless steel with a VG-10 corrosion resistant core, this knife is the best quality and price point! Our knives are corrosion resistant and hand crafted to a 50/50 symmetrical grain to enable a razor-sharp, long-lasting 15° edge... the sharpest and most durable by design.
After the knife blades are finished by our craftsmen, each blade is paired with a hand-curated blue onyx abalone wooden mixed handle making each knife slightly unique in design. Always hand wash and hand dry these knives.
