Gunma A5 Certified Wagyu is special! Imported directly from Japan, it's the country's most award winning Wagyu hailing more than 100 awards including Farm of the Year. This rare wagyu is known for it's incredibly tender mouth-watering almost sweet buttery flavor. The Gunma region is known for it's fresh spring water source and incredible mountain valley climate which characterizes the wagyu with an intensely rich, marbling composition. In return you get a signature texture and melt in your mouth flavor!
